Since the Middle Ages, Jews have lived in Berlin, and their presence made an impact on cultural, political and economic life in the city, until the tragic events that have almost rendered the Jewish Community in Berlin to parish. Today, however, the Jewish Community in Berlin is one of the fastest growing Jewish Communities in the world.
